What we can help with

• Choosing between the lines: the classic granite sets against the pack-flat sets, twelve pieces or seventeen for the household you cook for, black granite or white for the shelf it will live on.
• Anything on this site that looks wrong. A wrong price, a wrong piece count or a wrong quart figure is the error we most want to hear about, because it is the number people act on.
• Care questions: first-use conditioning, the burner dial, washing the coating, storage with protectors, and when a spare handle is the answer instead of a new set.

What we cannot help with

We do not take payment or send parcels. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. An order placed there is handled there, and questions about a delivery, a refund or a missing lid have to go to the same place.

Reply times

We answer in the order messages arrive. There is no phone line and no chat window, because a brand this size that promised one would not answer it.
