What this site is

A description of what we make, with photographs, film, specifications and prices. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Nothing here is an offer to sell, and no contract is formed by reading a page.

Figures on these pages

Prices are the figures from our last update. Prices move. Where the figure at checkout differs from the figure here, checkout is right. Piece counts, pan sizes, quart capacities and temperature limits are as stated on each product's own sheet; where a figure is not stated, none is shown here rather than an estimate being made.

Temperature limits and ratings

An oven limit printed beside a set describes the bodies with the handles removed, under the maker test. The 22-pound handle rating describes the grip under its own test. Neither is a promise about every use a kitchen can invent, and the instruction sheet packed with each product governs setup, use and care.

Hot cookware

Cookware gets hot; that is its job. Handles, lids and rims are handled at your own judgement, children are kept away from live burners, and nothing on this site replaces ordinary kitchen caution or the safety notes in the box.

Photographs and text

The product photographs, the film stills and the writing on this site are ours. Neither may be republished without permission. Quoting a sentence with a link back is fine.

Customer reviews

Reviews quoted on this site are real customer reviews, quoted word for word with the name and date shown by the reviewer. We do not edit spelling, and we keep four-star voices in on purpose.

Food safety and coatings

Where our pages touch cooking temperatures, kitchen fire prevention or coating chemistry, they quote public guidance and link the source with the date we read it. Nothing on this site is medical or professional advice, and the public agencies outrank anything written here.

Liability

We take care with what is written here and cannot promise it is free of error. Use of anything we make is at your own discretion, and nothing on this site is professional advice of any kind.

These terms may change. The version on this page is the one that applies.
